    Bundles and Games in the Store not Showing as Owned as the Publishers Have Changed the Listing


    The new store has highlighted an issue with the bundle system for me. It now shows I don’t own the base game for Shadow of the Tomb Raider unless I follow it from My Games and Apps to see in store.

    It’s seems to me that publishers relisting games in newer bundles like when a GOTY or definitive edition comes out means they delist the original base game and add new one with no ability to buy.

    Hitman 2 is another game that seems to have done this even though I bought the full complete edition it doesn’t say I own the current gold edition but I own everything in that bundle.

    TLDR; Does anyone else agree that base games and all content for that matter shouldn’t be able to be bought and all content should be part of a bundle even if the bundle only contains one item so that you can easily what content you own in the store. Also I think it would be better if say I bought the standard edition of game on day 1 but then have since bought the season so now I own all the content included in the ‘gold’ edition it should say I own the gold edition.

    It's just another workaround, not a fix. The problem is that the base game is not available in the store anymore. And all the bundles say I don't own them. The publisher doesn't care it seems.

    Same problem for me. Previously purchased, but it doesn't show up. If I search for Sam and Max in the store, it shows up under the xbox one store. But it says "Bundle Only", with no bundles listed/available.

    They're going to introduce a list view in the November update I think...

    ... but I agree. The Xbox One store is just painfully clunky to navigate. The prices should be listed on the game thumbails. Bundle Only games that have seperate listings for individual titles, should have the individual titles removed, Ryse, DR3, and multiple
    others. If you can only buy a game as a bundle... display the bundle on its own.

    It is a unintuitive, time-consuming [when browsing], mess right now. =|

    Hello,

    I have the same issue. I purchased the bundle which includes Fifa 19 and Madden 19. Fifa installed with no issues, but Madden is not showing in my ready to install list.

    When I go to the store to download from there, there is no option to install to my devices. It just says that I own the game.
