Bundled XBOX One X doesn't appear to include bundled game

I bought a Forza Horizon 4 bundled XBOX One X system from Costco online and just got this afternoon. It doesn't appear to have Forza Horizon 4 pre-loaded or an included code card for the game. What am I missing, aside from FH4?

Chat Headset missing in the XboxOne package

I read on the XboxOne manual and in this forum that the headset should be included with the console bundles. I've just purchased an XboxOne here in Italy (bundle without Kinect anf with some games included). The bundle doesn't include the headset. Is that
normal? Thanks.

If I follow what you are saying, then I can tell you that to receive the PUBG with your Xbox One X console purchase, you must have purchased the bundle that included the game itself. Anyone who purchased the X console without the PUBG game bundle will not
receive the game.

The games aren't pre-loaded to the console, they are printed on a code in the packaging. Make sure to look through the entire package for the 5x5 code to redeem onto the Microsoft account. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

 

If you can't find the code in the packaging, it must have been a mistake or a one-off. Try checking with Costco customer care first and let us know what is the response.

 

The code may be in the same sleeve that includes a gold trial and a game pass trial.

 

Thanks everyone. I looked through the packaging several times before posting, then again after responses.

Then poured over the outward details of the box and on the bottom of the box discovered a label that said "peel label to find the Forza Horizon 4 pass code."
