Bundled Xbox one gears of war 4 not loading

I purchased a bundled xbox one with gears of war 4 when it first came out. I redeemed the code, and the game works. but haven't played with it for some time, so now when I log into the game, it gives me the trial version of gears 4. Tells me I have to log
out of that account, I logged out of that account, but still unable to load the game.

I uninstalled and reinstalled, tried to redeem the code, but it says is already redeemed. it will only give me the trial version of gears 4 if I log in with that account.

how do I fix this.

If you purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox One or Windows 10 between April 25, 2016, and December 31, 2016, or if you redeem a code for the game as part of a console bundle before December 31, 2016, you'll receive the following Xbox 360 backward-compatible
games:

Gears of War
Gears of War 2
Gears of War 3
Gears of War: Judgment

These codes are only playable on Xbox 360 or Xbox One.

Try this steps if you can:

- Uninstall the game

- Access Microsoft Store through browser

- Log in and search for Gears 4

- When opens the page appears in install option, click and will appear yours devices available and choose your console. (do this with your console on)

- Look if the installation starts, if yes install it and check if came up with the same issue.

Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days.
