Have a look at the link I posted then, its likely to be a security issue, i.e wrong passkey being entered on the hub isn't allowing it to register. Its easy to tell if its that as you can turn off security and allow all devices to register on the hub (as
a test) if that works you know its down to the key or wireless registration on the hub not being the correct mode

1. Find the game to gift on the Microsoft Store on your Xbox One console.
2. Select Buy as gift from the store listing.
3. Select Enter an email address. In this case your email.
4. Enter the email address in the box provided. You will not be prompted to confirm. So make sure your email is correct.
5. Enter sender name.
6. Confirm your payment details to complete the transaction.

I'm 29 years old man! I have a sense of humor, in which you apparently don't. But everything I wrote I've noticed that's what COD players are like.

I did this* [for other reasons] and now I'm having issues:

• I can log into XBOX Live on the console.
• I can log in at "hotmail.com"
• I can log into my computer (Windows 8 feature).
• I CANNOT log into Games for Windows - Live on PC.

When trying to add a new game to my account on PC via Games for Windows - Live (Enter ID/PW -> Hit Enter -> Enter Product key -> Check Agreement -> Enter):

• When using my newly linked email, I enter my new ID/PW, hit enter, it goes through, enter product key, then an error message. "Wrong ID or Wrong PW"
  
• When attempting old email, I enter my old ID/PW, hit enter, it goes through, enter product key, then an error message. "Wrong PW or Wrong Product Key"
  

Notes:

• Before this change, my Games for Windows - Live would login automatically. Since the change, I was prompted to sign in. Occurred this error.
  
• I have already contacted online support, said it may have been a connection issue and to call tech support -- gave me a phone number to DirectTV.
  
• I have already spoken to an ambassador, recommended I either post on forums or create a brand new account.
