Bundled Game Pass not Redeeming

I recently got a laptop that was bundled with one free month of game pass ultimate. I go to the Xbox app and go to game pass to redeem it, and it says "You've got free Xbox Game Pass Ultimate!" and has a button that says CLAIM NOW. I click the claim now button, it goes to a popup saying it'll upgrade my membership, and I hit continue. Then it makes me choose a payment method for when the free month ends, and after that I click subscribe. Then it says "Success!" and says done. After that the popup closes. Then if I go to the game pass tab, it says GET GAME PASS, and if I go to settings and look under subscriptions it justs says GET PC GAME PASS. If I click it, it takes me to the screen to choose between getting normal or ultimate game pass, and right above that is the same thing that says "You've got free Xbox Game Pass Ultimate!" TL;DR, my bundled free month of game pass won't redeem even though it keeps saying it has.

was probably not included. Here is a

Physical card with game pass was included in the box, game as well. Console was purchased from amazon.de and if your theory would be correct I would be able to redeem at least Cyberpunk 2077, but I was not able to redeem it as well. All menus simply missing
section which used to redeem Digital Direct content according to the official guide.

Could ability to redeem Digital Direct content be related to the IP adress or location?

The items (season pass & HW DE) should be available after redeeming the code. I think you don't see them, because it is bundled content. Can you please try to install it? Here are more information how to that: https://support.xbox.com/games/purchasing/bundled-content
