    Bundled code for lego movie game failed to redeem


    As above. New xbox one s bundled with lego game code. Initially accepted code but did not download "sorry problem at our end try again later". Now states already redeemed. 45 min chat with robot - no joy.

    Redeem fails

    Hi there !

    I tried to redeem a gift code that came with the XBox when i purchased it.

    The redeem process failed and when I retry it says that the code has already been used.

    The packs (its a redeem code for Minecraft packs) do not appear on the game so the redeem has really failed and I can't get it anymore.

    Does anyone know how I can solve that ?

    Appreciate your help here.
