    Hello I purchased a xbox one earlier . I am unable to redeem the forza 6 game. I followed the instructions on the card inside my console package. I went to the xbox.com/name-your-game. I entered my info along with the code i scratched off on the back of
    the card. I selected my desired game forza 6. I was promted i would receive a email in 5-10mins. I have not received anything! I've been waiting for hours. I am extremely dissapointed and feel I've been cheated. I worked hard for the money to purchase this
    console/game system. Please help me resolve this issue.

    It would depend on the bundle you purchased. Not all bundles come with a game.

    The first thing to check is the type of the bundles purchased. Since you have mentioned that you are gaming on Pc, you will need to make sure the bundles purchased are available on Pc (You can check this by accessing the official link of the bundle purchased and scrolling down to the description part). Can you let me know if the bundle purchased is playable on Pc?

    You would have to contact the retailer you purchased it from. The game would have been part of a bundle and you would have needed to purchase that specific bundle.
