Bundle filter not working

When I try to filter My Games in a browser, I am not able to filter on bundle (it shows all content dlc + games).

Tried this on Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari.

Any ideas?

Borderlands Bundle Pack not Working

Did you purchase it over the weekend or have you had it a while? The game was part of a free play weekend and was only free to play during that time. If you want to keep playing, you will have to purchase the game.

 

Hey there, we are a little unsure what you mean. Can you give us some more details on what you are trying to do, on what device, and if you are seeing any errors when doing the search.

 

Sure. When I use a PC, or my iphone I browse to my account on xbox.com and look at my games Library. On that page I can choose between different filters, like games, dlc and bundle. You can also choose between x360 and one etc.

When I choose “bundle” as a filter I see dlc + games (like 260 items instead of 20 items).

This used to work properly.

 

Strange, it seems to be working for us, try using an alternative browser or resetting the one you are currently using. Are you only seeing the bundle filter issue with Xbox 360 games?

 

I only see the filter “bundle” when I chose xbox one. When I chose x360 I only see game as a filter......(no option for bundle)

I have tried this under Chrome, firefox, edge and safari. I dont think its browser related.

What remains is my account or the region?

Im from the Netherlands (nl-NL region)

Its no big problem if we cant figure it out, but it used to work properly and I use it sometimes.

 

I think I found the problem.

The shortcut (filter) in dutch for bundle is bundel.

When I click on the “bundel filter” the url at the end shows bundel (in dutch), when I change it to bundle (english) it shows my bundles.

The url is incorrect for “bundel” in Dutch.
