    Bumper Repair Elite 2


    I bought a refurbished elite series 2 controller that was rated as grade C refurbished. It has a small scuff on the right bumper which is fine, but the right bumper itself turned out not to work. Everything else on the controller is perfect and it connects extremely smoothly but I can't use my bumper. Is there anything that I can do for this without having to pay over $100 to have it fixed?

    I     tried to fill out repair order, but, as mentioned above, those are the only options i got.

    Bumper IS a known issue, as you can see.

    Btw., it doenst matter what caused 2 years warranty, it is in place and i'm in the right to use it.

    Oh, Wow. Then I would suggest to go for it if that is the case. Anyway, you will be receiving instructions to your email after processing it. It is not a repair kit since they do not have those options, that is definitely a controller replacement.
    Yes - I have just order it and it says they will be sending me a replacement device as my bumpers also broken.

    Only cost £75 so we’ll worth it on my eyes (warranty had run out)

    Out of warranty - send immediately £75.18

    A replacement accessory will be sent immediately. You are not required to return your non-functioning item.
