    In the past week, everytime I log on to play I get to watch the ad and then get bumped back to my desktop. I have tried all the suggestions on the support page. When I uninstalled and reinstalled, I was able to play only once. I really don't want to have
    to reinstall everytime I want to play solitaire. Is this microsoft's way of getting us to sign up for premium?

    Are all the same GT and can not be used by anyone else. The most likely explanation for it is that it is a forum goitch since it appears correctly on your console as you stated. Have you tried recoering your account to see if
    it corrects this?

    Hey Maevn! Just want to clarify that you are seeing "maevn" here on Xbox.com, but you are seeing "Maevn" (the correct version) on your console, correct? Can you provide me with images of these for me to reference? Thanks!

    I don't care if it can't be used by anyone else.

    It's not visually how I set it and if that's a problem on their end then they need to fix it. End of story.

    And yes, I have tried recovering my gamertag.

    When I log into Xbox.com it appears as "maevn" and when you recover a tag it just DLs the profile from Xbox.com, so..

    That's why it keeps downloading the profile with a lowercase "m."

    This should be a minor thing to fix - even if only visual, I didn't set it that way, and so it shouldn't be that way.
