Deleted dark souls 1 redeem code !urgent!

RandomDays here, I've told this whole story about 3 different times in 3 different places in these forums and I sincerely hope this is the last. Okay so when I first got dark souls 3 about a day after I got a message for the code containing dark souls 1.
I've beaten dark souls 3 now and when I went to go download dark souls 1 from the messages it's not there. Id really like to play dark souls 1 and I'd rather not be directed to ANOTHER forum. Please help. Thanks.

 

Should I buy Dark Souls, or Dark Souls 2?

I was going to buy Dark Souls 2, but then I got worried that it might be too hard and I wouldn't like it, so I thought about getting Dark Souls instead because it's a lot cheaper. Any help? Is Dark Souls 2 a lot better?

 

It is a Dark Souls forum. Since there was no official Dark Souls 2 forum, people started using this one for Dark Souls 2 as well.

Lol, I was only being sarcastic mate, also throwing it in there so the mods could see that a Dark Souls 2 needs a forum Thank you for the response.

As far as help with Dark Souls, I'm not sure if I caught a case of the stupids with this game or not....I read all the reviews, watched online IGN and other gaming review videos before I bought it.

I've completely finished Skyrim, Oblivion, all 3 Fables (I refuse to include Fable 4), and many other games of that genre....Zeldas and stuff.

But this game here mate.....this just has me feeling like I'm a n00b. I am ashamed to say that in almost 6 months....maybe longer...I have not even found my way out of the place you start. Last week I just got my flask and "traversed through the white light"
to fight some big troll looking dude. I died at first, but the second round I hit the bumper at the right time and made the falling strike true.

Thing is, I know this is a great game, I just hate to see it not being played because I can't seem to figure it out...

Sorry for the rambling, but I've never had this happen before and I've been gaming since the first NES, and put in an average of 12 hours a day on my Xbox or my Wii U....more Xbox.

My signature claims "Master of Survival Horror", while this is true, I only put it there because I didn't think Master of RPG Fantasy would have gone over to well with me friends

There are quite a few regular posters here that are very knowledgeable about Dark Souls 1. Ask and ye shall receive lots of advice, tips, and tricks.

 

Red Point is right about that! There's tons of Dark Souls fans who lurk at this forum. And for good reason - It's a fantastic game! Good luck on your playthrough. To me, you've passed the hardest point of the game. After you've beaten that first boss, it's
kind of the turning point. That steep learning curve starts leveling out. That's not to say the game gets EASIER exactly, but it becomes more manageble.

So far I'm finding DS2 to be easier than the original. But I don't know if that is because it really IS easier, or I've just been conditioned by the first game to endure a lot of pain and suffering

 

Keep with it Legion. Behind the frustration is a masterful game. The best advise I can give you is to take it slow. The Souls games reward patience. Think of the games like boxing. You need to stick and move. Watch your opponent closely and pick your openings.
Block then attack. Also, click the R-Stick to lock onto enemies. That way you can strafe around them and roll out of the way of attacks. It's all about timing in these games. Once you get the core gameplay down you'll be wondering why you ever thought the
games were hard in the first place.

 

this game is fantastic . but i am 53 yrs old and my slow reflexes are making the game dam near impossible!! i want to see more but i keep getting my but handed to me!! lol
