bullying on xbox live

ok I'm putting this today due to an insodent of bullying over my gamertag and it makes me soo upset about all the abuse I'm getting and I request and gamertag change because I have isssues that make this harder to take so plz can I have agamertag change
but I cannot afford this for many months which makes me feel more and more upset.

C'mon Smwutches, don't besmirch the reputation of phone support. Ty Quan Doe said he filed a complaint on the dashboard. Phone support instructed him correctly on how to report the player, but you are correct in saying that he shouldn't report people in
the forums.

Ty Quan Doe, if you have an issue with another gamer, avoid them, and file a complaint, and block communications if necessary. In extreme cases, I would say shoot a message to an enforcement team message (do not spam them, and they will never reply) and
they WILL INVESTIGATE. They investigate all complaints. Regardless though, this player is just one of those nuisances. Its kinda like if your neighbors are being too loud and you call the cops and file a noise complaint, as soon as they roll around to check
out the house, your neighbor's house is as quiet as the grave. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately phone support does give bad advice when it comes to these issues. The enforcement team only takes complaints filed via the console. They do not take reports via the forum and don't even post or read these sections of the forum. Calling out
other gamers is also not allowed on the forums.

If someone harrases you online just report that person or block him from further abuse.

To change your gtag you have to pay a fee.
