    vella on xbox party was threating to grab my ip and threating to take money out my bank account. i would like something to happen to this person as he is a threat to the xbox gaming community

    You would need to report them via their profile in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. They do not use the forums.

    If you unplug your router/modem/gateway hub for 5 minutes you should get a new IP address assigned. They grab your IP from parties, so don't accept random invites.

    Best thing to do is to obviously report, block, and do not join any parties they'll invite you to or message them. They're able to grab IPs through parties (Microsoft/Xbox is developing a way to prevent this from happening), and the messages are just a

    you may not list 3rd party software to commit fraud or even show the names or to help others get the software to commit fraud

    that makes you party to the crime
