bully scholarship editon on xbox 360

so today i bought bully scholarship editon one of the classics, i tried playing it, it froze after it got past the start and i was talking to the xbox agents they tried to help me with the problem i can sorted the gameplay it will load and work no problem
but their is no sound. there is only sound for the first cutscene of the game. i tried deleting the game history and reinstalling it, deleting my account and reinstalling it also but still no luck with the sound even messed around with the sound settings still
no luck !

what should i do really love this game

Downloading Problems

I am trying to downnload Bully: Scholarship Edition from the Xbox Live Marketplace and it continues to say " Can't download Bully: Scholarship Editon" and I have done everything I've tried to redownload it from download history, I've deleted it numerous
times from my hard drive, and I've tried to redownload it from the marketplace. I've checked my connection speed and it is fine but I still can't download it

 

Bully: Scholarship Edition

I purchased and downloaded Bully: Scholarship Edition a few years ago on my Xbox 360 but after recently having purchased an Xbox One - the game is no where to be found. A few other games which I had downloaded in the past are available but not Bully: Scholarship
Edition. My only option on the Xbox One is to purchase the game again but there must be another solution?

 

Did you purchase a disc version of the game? If so, can you confirm the disc is not damaged?

If the disc is in good shape, are you installing it before playing? If you are, try to just play from the disc--some game have issues when installed.

Finally, when you deleted the game file and profile, did you also clear the system cache? You do this by going into System Settings, selecting storage, then highlighting your hard drive--it should give the option to clear the cache by pressing Y.

 

i played the game straight away from disc, disc in good shape, not im not installing before playing should i ? should i delete the profile and game again and clear the system cache ?

 

You could try installing the game first and see if that changes anything. If that doesn't work, you could then go through the full delete and system cache clear before trying again. Please post back how it goes! (by the way, I really enjoyed Bully)

so yeah another problem has arose with the bully game it is playing now but there is no sound ? it plays sound for the fist mission then gone, it turned off/on the xbox sound their then gone again even when i reload the game sound for about 20 seconds then
gone
