Bully: Scholarship Edition

I purchased and downloaded Bully: Scholarship Edition a few years ago on my Xbox 360 but after recently having purchased an Xbox One - the game is no where to be found. A few other games which I had downloaded in the past are available but not Bully: Scholarship
Edition. My only option on the Xbox One is to purchase the game again but there must be another solution?

That indicates you may be signed into a different profile than the account that originally purchased the game. Try checking
Microsoft Commerce to review your purchase history while signed into your account to verify whether or not the content was purchased on that account.

I've only ever had this one account so that's just not possible.

 

Did you get a chance to check the page I linked? Which date does it say your account purchased the game?

I purchased the game on February 16, 2011.

it asking to purchase with your Gamertag in the shot? You can upload that image directly here to this thread, or you can private message me a link to the image on any image hosting site.

That will help us a bunch so we can make sure this gets sorted.

 

I hope this will do because I don't know how else to do this. The picture to the right is just my wallpaper... I'm not sure why that always gets stuck in there.

'Purchase History' page. If you cannot locate the game on that list, let us know.

If you are able to see the game on the list, go ahead and select 'Add to queue'. If your Xbox One console is already on when you do this, head on over to your Xbox One and press and hold the power button until it powers down.

I've added the game to queue but I'm having a problem with transferring it to my Xbox One console. All that happens when I hold down the power button is that eventually my controller gets turned off. I have tried to restart the console several times but
that doesn't help neither.
