Bullies

Hey everyone!

Bit bummed out I made a second gamertag to avoid certain players who report people for modding...... meaning if your better than them at battlefield they report you. I was verbally abused and when I abused them back I found my account has been suspended
for xbox 360. I can put names up of these people who get all there friends to report individuals for being better at a game than them but I won't. Has anyone else had issues with this crap before?I'm almost at the point of leaving xbox live if bullies can
go on getting away with this.

I'm really glad to hear that you're okay "Hookins" I can definitely relate to you because was bullied as a kid, but I stood my ground and showed others that understanding / respect goes a long way indeed; never ever resorting to violence. In the end,

Doesn't matter how many reports they file against someone,you'll only get a ban or suspension if you have done something against the ToU/CoC.

Nothing will happen if you don't report them.

If anything they risk a ban for abusing the reporting system if they are filing loads of false reports.

 

I'm currently on a communication suspension for using sexual slurs according to the enforcement team as I replied to an individual that was abusing me by using one word which was tw*t, but if they had looked at the conversation which I don't believe they
did, they would have seen that intact I wasn't abusing anyone just defending myself, due to this I am leaving the Xbox and going to the ps4 as it seems the enforcement team aren't interested in the people who do the bullying just the people who defend themselves

 

Doesn't matter who started it,if you respond with a offensive message & it's reported you will get a comms suspension.

Best thing to do is not reply,block & file a complaint against the person who sent the message.

The rules are similar on PSN.

 

If the rules are similar then I hope they do their background work on what words are actually sexual slurs as I can assure you that the one I used IS NOT a sexual slur which the incompetent enforcement team seem to think it is. And if you can find proof
otherwise I would really enjoy to see it

yeh currently going through the same BS where the harasser is sitting there laughing his *** of by getting me banned after he sent 4 messages to me first without reply. Nice rules they got huh starting to think about jumping platforms as this BS is laughable.

my message sent can be clearly be re-defined to say YOUR NOT A VERY GOOD DETECTIVE THATS WHY YOU HAVE A FACE OF CONSTERNATION but yet im banned even though im not the aggressor. i said he sucks something
