Ha very simple block him again and File a complaint on him for text messages. If that Dont work just Block your text and voice on your Prviacy settings then you can't see or hear any of his messages. you can also block online status and history. later.

Different games have different scenes. Out of your last 5 played games displayed, at least 4 of them involve a fairly high level of aggression. Maybe try some driving, skating or puzzle type games from time to time? Remember, the losers who send many abusive
messages over Live, *will* get seen, and may well face a suspension or even a console ban. Imagine the look on their face then

 

Sadly two wrongs dont make a right. By swearing at them you broke the t&c yourself and was therefore given a ban. You really shouldn't respond to trolls. It just encourages them. If you have them blocked they shouldn't be able to continue to message
you.

Take a look at this for instructions on blocking messages: Mute Messages. Sorry you've had a rough time. But remember not to engage
with them in future.

 

If you block someone they shouldn't be able to message you. If you message them, it unblocks them. You can also set up your profile so you can only receive messages from friends.

 

The thing is with the 2 wrongs dont make a right YOU are responsible for YOUR actions on YOUR account no matter what anyone else does. So if you break a rule that you agreed to abide by then you get punished for it.

 

Friends with who? The guys harassing you? Don't know them.

Unfortunately the straw man argument you present doesn't work. The Xbox Live Code of Conduct describes how we behave even when others are misbehaving. There is no "they started it" or "I'm defending myself" defense here.
