BulletMonkey259 sending threatening messages and claiming to work for the computer company! ...

BulletMonkey259 is sending my son messages saying he is using illegal programs and he will be banned. When I respond/ask how can that be, he's not old enough to know how to do something like that, he sends a 2nd message saying that he works for the computer
company that makes the game and he is using illegal programs. I respond that I will be contacting Xbox Live support. He responds in a 3rd message that states my son will be banned and to please call customer service with questions (and spells questions wrong).
A 4th message follows that says my son will be banned at noon tomorrow and for me to have a nice day! Then he sends my son an invite to play a game! Really? This guys needs to be stopped. He had my young son in tears. He is a bully. He is sending threatening
messages and possibly posing as someone he is not. Bullies should be banned!!!!!!! I want someone to contact me and give me an explanation!

Additionally, if you feel that your personal safety is being threatened, contact your local police who can work with MS to track down the people sending these threatening messages.

Someone is constantly sending me threatening messages and hitting me offline. He's sent me my own ip address to me in a message to try and scare me, I have valid proof that he's been threatening to get my account banned and I keep getting hit offline. Is there anything I can do about this if I can show someone the messages that he's sending to me? I have no problem giving an employee my information for them to see the proof themselves.

Just block and report the user. And FYI Trollarch means he was messing with you. He's referring to the company Treyarch, but stating that you were trolled. Just make sure he cant message you anymore. In order to do this select one of the messages sent to
you and click "Block". And if you feel the need, repot him/her.

If he specifically said 'Trollarch' then you have no worries about a ban. Trollarch is the name of a group that follows a well known griefer on YouTube, they do things like this in order to get the guy better videos.
