    been an account holder now for over 15 years, never once been banned or suspended, today I got a message saying I received a suspension, this is absolutely garbage, I wasn’t given evidence or even a reason other than I broke the code, I don’t cheat I don’t
    glitch nothing, lift this stupid suspension !

    It sounds like your console has a suspension on top of an account suspension. We are unable to comment on any Enforcement actions taken against accounts or consoles. If you have an active account suspension or a permanent suspension from within the last
    12 months, you can submit a Case Review to the Policy Enforcement team. If you have a console suspension, this does not qualify for Case Review, however your Microsoft Account email should
    have been sent an email detailing the suspension information.

    All bull

    No, no matter what the administrators say it is not a fair and just system and they are not accurate at all with their investigations. I had been harassed by an individual for some time during my play today and I blocked and prevented him from further disruption
    of my playing after our game had ended (in which he teamed killed me every round, preventing me from playing the game as it was meant to be played). Shortly after this encounter and blocking the individual I received a message from Xbox enforcement claiming
    I engaged in inappropriate conduct and communications and my account has since been suspended from using any form of Xbox communication. Nobody investigating this incident would have in their right mind been able to determine that I, and not the one going
    around causing problems and getting people suspended, was the one who needed disciplinary action taken towards them. Another example of the backwardness and inaccuracy of this system is when I was blocked for communications for the first time a few months
    back. I hadn't been on Xbox for some time as I was busy with work and other things but decided I would play this particular day. As I go on I see I have new messages and one being from Xbox enforcement saying action was taken against my account. I quickly
    began investigating myself as to how and why this happened. The suspension had been issued during a day where I was not even logged into Xbox live, in fact I had a listing of the dates and times where I had signed in and during the entire suspension period
    I had not played my xbox once. When I first noticed the enforcement message the suspension had already been served and was over but I was still curious as to how this came to be knowing that multiple enforcement actions taken against you can result in permanent
    banning. I do not believe you Microsoft when you say "we investigate all reports fairly" as I have clear evidence that you do not. I mean if I'm able to look up and find out what day's I was actually on my Xbox and find that I was reported on a day where I
    had not been signed in your team of experts should be able to not only find that information but also other information showing that I should not have been suspended. Not a fair and just system and nothing is investigated thoroughly, we as the Xbox live consumers
    and paying customers should fight back and take some form of legal action against the oppression of this system because it is absolutely rigged... no one paying for a yearly $60 membership after buying a $250-300 machine and $60 games for that machine should
    not be subject to ruthless abuse of authority. You are robbing people and it will stop.

    well you don't need to receive a evidence but you can receive a reason as in the type of suspension

    There is more suspensions than what you describe and depending on what you did it can also lead to a multiplayer suspension

    If communication /harassment suspension yes those can be multiplayer depending on severity

    You can check at https://enforcement.xbox.com

    For the type and case review at that following link

    They do review each report before issuing a suspension most of the time it takes weeks because it goes thru multiple teams

    Retaliating in an abusive or profanity way is a breach of the Code of Conduct and subject to enforcement acts. That guy that was harassing you first, probably did it only so you can say something abusive and he'll be able to report you. But in all probability
    he did get the same suspension as the enforcement team looks on both ways of the story.

    Next time don't say anything, report and block. How hard is that?
