    I'm looking to create a Minecraft build team for a world which I have begun. If you are above the age of 12, then you can join! Also, you must
    be a fairly decent builder so I will soon create a tryout world for people to join and such so that I can see what you can do. Message me or reply to this post and I'll get back to you. Hope to see you guys soon!

    hi there Awesome

    Try going to xbox one > press the xbox one controller xbox button> go to the multiplayer tab Select Looking for Group (called lfg for short) press there and select minecraft you will get a few people interested on becoming part of your build team that way

    You can use the LFG feature in xbox live to get more gamers or post at the game forums.

    You can use the Looking for Group feature to look for players. As mentioned by the others.
