    Help with failed Minecraft builders pack download

    Hi,

    I have just got my first xbox and tried to install my Minecraft builders pack which came with the console but for some reason the install failed.

    I got an error message but did not write it down.

    When I now try to install the builders pack it states that the code has already been redeemed but the builders pack does not show on my console.

    Can someone help please?

    Have you taken a look at your Notifications tab on the dashboard. Should tell you there if the item downloaded and is ready to start. Item may have been a small download, or simply a key code to unlock content already installed by the purchase of the game.
