    Builders Pack Bundle for Xbox 360 not Working


    Hi all. I have purchase builders pack bundle for my Minecraft games at Xbox 360 online stole but could not get the texture applied. Each time I want to apply the bundle pack e.g. candy texture the system prompted me it is still trial version and I need to purchase individual pack separately. My bundle pack size is only 108 kB and it's quite small for 6 texture DLCs. I have tried restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling but still the pack does not work. Any help out there?

    Thank you for your reply.

    Yes I have used the same account to log in with the one that I purchased the bundle pack. Hence, I am currently checking the second step in the troubleshooting guide.

    Please give me some time until the end of the week so I could try out the proposed solution.

    It is showing that you will have 108 KB for the Minecraft Builder’s Pack and this pack should work for the Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition you are running. Per your screenshot it is noticeable that you will use the trial for using the pack you purchased. In this case, I would advice you to contact support as they have the right resources to check on this. Please use this form - Submit a request – Home (minecraft.net).

    Hi Kathy, the Minecraft support link provided was not helpful as I have tried using the same method earlier and was informed the Xbox 360 console is not supported by them.

    From what I understand from Minecraft team, the issue is mainly on the bundle extraction and trial activation within the Microsoft Xbox 360 account, hence could only be solved by Microsoft team.
