    Builder's Pack bundeled with Xbox One Mincraft Edition is a Trial not the full DLC?


    Tried to redeem the Minecraft Builder's Pack and got an error and the try again button. Tried that a couple of times then gave up because it's Christmas and the boy is chomping at the bit to play his new console.

    So the texture packs show up but with the message that they are only trial version and you can't save. If you want that pay up sucker.

    Just got off with chat support who finally tells me "Well it's only the trial version"

    Anyone else been told that?

    Kind of cheap charlie of Microsoft.

    Help with Minecraft Builder's Pack for XBox One

    My son purchased the Xbox One Minecraft bundle which came with the Builder's Pack. When he plays any of the texture packs, he gets a message saying that it is a trial version and he needs to unlock the full version of the pack in order to save his game.
    Isn't this supposed to be the full version and what can we do to correct this?

    Unable to Access Builder's Pack Content

    Hello,

    I recently purchased two DLCs through the Minecraft Store.

    One is the Builder's Bundle Pack which should contain the following: Greek Mythology Mash-up, Candy Texture Pack, Plastic Texture Pack, Cartoon Texture Pack, Pattern Texture Pack, and Biome Settlers Skin Pack 1.

    The other is the Power Rangers Skin pack.

    I am able to see the Power Rangers Skin pack but am not able to access any of the packs that were included in the Builder's Bundle Pack. I either am prompted to purchase to unlock or am told I can only use the trial version of the pack.

    I've tried to delete and re-download without any luck. I've also tried all the xbox support recommended steps of deleting/re-adding my profile and deleting re-downloading the game.

    Any ideas on how to get the DLC included in that bundle pack to show up?

    I had a 360 which I let my kids play with and abandoned. Really enjoyed my Ps4 since last year, got a Xbox 1 because the kids wanted it. Never have I seen a bigger disaster with stuff like these packs missing. Migrating our profiles to the supposed cloud
    so they would appear easily on the 1 s didn't work. Hate it.
