    My dragon slayer achievement says I'm 30% done when I've killed 4 dragons and not 3. What the heck?

    My pathfinder achievement says I'm 80% done when I've put a camp in 10 different areas. Is anyone else having this issue?

    My quest "The trouble with darkspawn" is bugged. There's a guy I'm supposed to talk to in a fort but he doesn't spawn. His underlings do and I kill them but I can't find him. I think I left the area without talking to him the first time I arrived and now
    he just doesn't spawn. Bugs :(

    Anyone else run into issues? Did starting a new playthrough help? I really hope that Bioware fixes these issues in a new patch.

    my first bug. Spoilers people stop here.

    In the alien base mission, had a berserker attack and panic 2 of my troops who shot him down. Next guy in queue looked like he was trying to move. But only the dashboard and thumb pad worked. Had to dashboard and bring back save game.

    Bugs

    I found another bug. The Dalish camp quest to get enough favor to let the keeper give me one of his people is broke.

    I did all the quests for the Dalish but the favor didn't get boosted enough. Now I can't do any of the Dalish requisition supply quests that use the ledger and the bucket so my quest is stuck and can never be completed.

    the dragon slaying progress is bugged for everyone. Read the achievement though, it just says slay 10 high dragons. So at any point you can reload a save right after you kill one and re-kill it for the extra 10%.

    The pathfinder means that you have to establish a camp that you traveled to by foot or horse in each of the 10 different regions. So discover at least 2 camps in each of the 10 regions basically.

    Ah that's good that it isn't in a single playthrough. I think it will click once I make a second playthrough. It's kind of stupid though because if I check my map I can see camps in ten different wilderness areas. I've created camps in all possible camp
    spots everywhere in every city except for two different camp areas in hissing wastes. It's ridiculous that it won't click for me. I've gone above and beyond on the pathfinder achievement.

    I have noticed a friend of mine on the 360 got the pathfinder achievement with no problem. I wonder if the fact that she's using a hard drive and not cloud saves has something to do with hers not bugging??

    About 80% done on 1999-mode, but I don't think I'll finish it. I have the controller sensitivity on maximum and I still can't aim fast enough. It takes like 5 seconds to turn around and the enemies just rush past you and shoot you in the back.

    well, this bug happened, and for anyone else who had this or similar issue, here was my creative solution:

    1) save and exit (hardcore ironman's only option)

    2) exit game, clear xbox system cache

    3) reboot and continue mission from savegame

    4) repeat failed action - in this case, run up next to the guy again, and he is all too happy to join

    5) get annihilated by thin men and fail mission anyway LOL
