    i bought minecraft bedrock edition on another device, in this case it was my switch. ive recently tried firing up that bedrock account on the pc but it will not let me do so. when i try to get the bedrock edition from the store it shows nothing underneath it, while the minecraft java edition and minecraft dungeon edition have the 'buy now' options. what does this mean?

    Minecraft is not an Xbox play anywhere title, if you didn't purchase the game previously on PC, you need to purchase for each platform.

    This means, if you have it on Switch, that doesn't mean you have the license for PC, the same applies if you purchase the game for Xbox console and want to play on PC.

    Includes Bedrock for the same price, and you get Java too.

    Very buggy still for me with poor framerate, poor graphics and survivors wandering of for no reason when out, but there is still something addictive about it and am happy with the purchase
