Buggy Parental controls after Family Pack ended?

My account did not have a parental account until we got the family pack. Now that the family pack has ended and the accounts were reverted back, there should be no parental account. However, it is buggy or something, because it is asking for parental permission
for some things and won't go away. Is there a reason the parental accounts stayed, and how do I get rid of it? It is extremely annoying.

Hi, did you check the parental settings on the main family pack account and any other proflies that are in your family pack. It could be that the main account has something set that could affect other profiles.
