    I simply restored my factory default xbox and it's still the same, the other accounts are normal, just my main one has this bug.

    Have you tried reseting your xbox back to factory settings and then reinstalling the update to see if that works?

    it is not working yet, this is only happening after this update, I have not changed anything in any configuration, it is very annoying not knowing if he received a message, my brother receives normal notifications on his account, so the problem is not
