    Bugged save file for Arcade Paradise


    Hello, I have a bugged save file for Arcade Paradise. I would like to just start a new game entirely and am unable to. I have reinstalled the game 5 times now including deleting all local save files and the cloud save file. Even after doing so the game still takes me to the bugged save file. Can you guys please delete all of the save files for that particular game then remove the game from my account and put it back on please? There’s no start new game option in the menus and am unsure of what else to do.

    So I need to be disconnected from WiFi, wipe the cloud saves and local saves and I should be good? I’m on the Xbox and am not sure how to stop a particular game from saving to the cloud. I want my other games to save to cloud just not this particular game.

    You need to contact the developer if deleting your cloud and local saves and reinstalling isn't working. I do know they have a patch coming at some point that's out on Steam

    Based on this post from the developer, I suggest you put the console in offline mode, wipe your save and boot the game again after deleting all local save data. Otherwise you likely need to wait for a patch

    Paradise Lost88, unfortunately you cannot transfer save files to other accounts. The save is tied to the gamertag that created it.
