    Bugged account


    one day i was logging in my account ,xChristianHDx and when i entered my email wich i used for this account and it displayed a account named xMaiHD2x i had a ohter account called xMaiHDx.

    I tried many ways to accest to my account but i wont work , does anyone know how to fix it?

    Please be aware that today there is a service outage with Xbox Live that may be cause of your issues

    On my girfriends profile (on the same console) everything works. How do you explain that ?

    Hi! This can happen sometimes and probably isn't caused by a bugged profile and instead rather by Xbox Live services that have temporary issues. If you experience the issue on your Xbox One, try to use xbox.com via browser or the Xbox app for mobile/Windows
    10 instead in order to check if the bug occurs there too.

    Jea the problem occurs too if I check it on my computer.

    i have the same problem sice 2 weeks

    The last two games were the walking dead and strange brigade I played but nothing is displayed.
    just the bud spencer and terrence hill, which i played 3 weeks ago
