bug xbox live gold

I have exactly the same problem. When I try to share a music from Nokia Lumia 920 to xbox i get in the IE on Xbxo 360 the error page : "OOPS! The page you're looking for isn't found!".

I have bought Xbox Music Pass and Live Gold. So I think to have the maximum. But I get Always the error.

And ....I didn't get that error before to buy Xbox Live Gold. I think is a bug because the Live Gold Activated the IE on Xbox 360. I would like that someone in Microsft take care of this bug

Manualy update your xbox and if that dont fix it update it again i sorted mine today think its a update bug

I have the same issue. My Goldmembership lasts until March18 but GTA or Forza 7 says my profile has not the permission to play online.. I purchased also a 3-Month Prepaidcard.

i have the same problem... i bought xbox Live gold 12 months... Gold is active, i can download the game with gold, but i Can't stay in party chat, says that i don't have the gold, but is not true cause is active... support don't have me a solution...

Yesterday there was a Service Alert up about having trouble upgrading your membership to Xbox Live Gold. It looks like things should be resolved now and you should be good to go.

Are you still having issues upgrading your accounts? If so, please use the Contact Us page and set up a support call with a billing specialist. They'll be able to look int your account with you and get
things resolved. =)
