Bug with the name and surname login for xbox customer chat

Hi,

when I try to contact the xbox customer chat, I have this green button which allows me to connect. When I click it, I have three boxes to fulfill :

Name

Surname

E-mail adress

All the boxes are gray and I can't interact with them ... But only the e-mail adress relative to my account is fulfilled ... Which means I can't enter my name and surname. I tried to give the informations on my microsoft account but nothing does. And entering
the name and surname is mandatory for the chat.

But, i have problem with leave message in support-chat. Because surname and name fields is unactivem, but they are is required

Can anyone help been trying for two days to contact support via chat and the first name surname fields are always greyed out so it won't let me start the chat?

Hi ! You're right, when I posted on this thread I changed the billing infos. Nothing changed last time. But now it's ok. The changes just needed time to be effective. So just need to put your first and last names in the billing contact info. =)
