Bug with group chat and xbox live any ones had the same issue

Hi im just wondering if somebody have been disconnected from group chat latetly listen this is a on going issue or not and dont tell everything is fine go check on the xbox support website cuze that not the case me and my friends are getting randomly disconnected
from party so files it and record a case and alert the situtation

That make three week every night party group are getting disconnected for no reason giving nat error. But there is no such error happening we call support they said we put the issue in upscale department so every night we keep having the connection error
with social party on xbox

I got the same issue man ma xbox keep gettin disconnected from party and xbox live for no reason and my internet is fine your not alone who whve that issue

Have either of you tried to reset your router to see if that clears up any issues? Try that first, hopefully it will solve your connectivity troubles.

To reset your router 1) unplug router from its power source for 60 seconds 2) plug the router back into power source and wait for all lights to reappear 3) sign back into your console after you

restart your console

This is the same issue that happened May 21st and 22nd. My group of friends had no issues joining games with each other but party chat is garbage right now. Its been almost an hour and we're still trying to get the 5 of us into one party chat.

Check the status of the Xbox Live service. If you see alerts, wait until the service is up and running and try again.
If you are unable to hear the person you are trying to chat with after joining their group, try these tips:
Make sure your privacy settings allow you to communicate with everyone. Press the Xbox  button to open the panel and select Profile and system> Settings> Account> Privacy and security> Xbox Live privacy. Select View details and customize> Communication and multiplayer, then make your changes.
Mute or unblock the person you're trying to chat with. Press the Xbox  button to open the panel, then select Groups and chats. Select the group to expand the group list, choose the person you want to hear again and select Mute.
