BUG unlock the success into Forza Horizon 3

Game server error is one of the possible reasons why achievements is not showing correctly. To help you resolve this concern, I suggest that you perform the steps below:

1. Right-Click on the app (game) tile in question and select "Uninstall (this works easiest from the start menu)".
2. After the app (game) has been uninstalled, open your computer's search bar (by hovering your mouse in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen), and select "Search".
3. Type "wsreset" and press enter.
4. After you see a confirmation, the store cache has been reset.
5. Now reinstall the app (game) in question.
6. Attempt to unlock the achievement again.

If the achievement is showing as unlocked, but you're not seeing the Gamerscore from the achievement added to your total Gamerscore and the unlocked count for the game in question is incorrect: Head over to your profile on Xbox.com, view the game and achievement
in question on your profile, then wait a full 72 hours for things to process.

I am also having the same problem with Forza Horizon 3 and Destiny Rise of Iron. I have not unlocked a single achievement apparently despite meeting the requirements for certain achievements to be unlocked.

I've owned Forza Horizon 3 for abour 2-3 days. I've done requirments to get achievments but they've not been unlocked. This isn't a Forza Horizon 3 specific problem, but an overall problem with the games listed in my original post. I've owned Gears of War
4 since Septemberish last year and haven't been able to unlock any achievments at all even though i've completed the campagin and played alot of multiplayer. I thought i explained this very well in my original post.

I played forza horizon then forza 3 beat horizon then got 3 played 3 until I got to year 3 in season racing went back to horizon and got the achievement and cars tried it on a different profile and it wont give me the achievement so ignore all this garbage
about swapping save devices and what not there is a bug or 2 in horizon and that is one of them so it may or may not give you it there isn't any thing you can do about I have tried all theories on how to get it and non of them work
