    For the past week or so when I turn on my console:

    First, Dashboard loads unconnected or not signed in to Xbox Live. Within a few seconds my account auto signs in and my Pins appear and I have full access to Friends and Gaming

    The problem is, that my ads to right of main app on Home, and the Community, One Guide, and Store tabs never load and are just always a blank single large gray tile. I can hit the refresh button on Community to load it, and I can click browse all games in
    the store and use the store app like normal. However I never see the live tiles for new content on the dashboard. It is nice that the Community tab at least has a refresh button, but the other tabs are just always completely blank.

    I found my own solution, which is to sign out of my profile and resign in, and everything is fine. It is just annoying so I'd thought I'd mention it.

    Other info: I do not boot from standby mode each time but do a full power down and startup. I would do stand by mode, however I have found this is the best way to keep my NAT Open or Moderate. I have 3 XboxOne's total on my router so traditional single IP
    port forwarding is not an option, ad the UPnP doesn't seem to reopen all ports (Destiny's extra ports in particular) after the Xbox's return from standby mode, only after a fresh power-on.

  2. Blank screen after start up

    I turned on my Xbox but instead of showing me the home screen it just gave me a black screen that kept flickering with the Xbox store icon. I pressed the home button and an error message appeared with the error code 0x80070490. I looked it up but it had
    nothing to do with my issue. I couldn't even do anything that it recommend since I can't go to the settings. I tried shutting it off by holding down the power button like the troubleshooting page said.W hen I turned the Xbox back on it showed the green loading
    screen but then went blank again, only without the Xbox store icon. Everytime I press the home button I just get spammed with the same error message. It still shows notifications from friends at the bottom of the screen and my Gamertag when it boots up so
    I know it has nothing to do with the display. I tried booting it on low resolution mode but now I just have the same problem only with fewer pixels.

    If anyone knows what's going on I could really do with some help.

    Blank screen after start up

    Hey ThatOneGuyTwice,

    Try the following steps:

    - Power off your console

    - Unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

    - Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.

    - Press and hold the BIND button (Xbox One: located on the left side of the console, Xbox One S: located on the front below the power button) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.

    - Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

    - The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

    - On the Troubleshooter select "Reset" and when asked select the option to "Keep your Games and Apps".

    Make sure you know your Email / Password combination of your Account before doing that.

    Hey there. This is an issue that Microsoft is aware of and will hopefully be fixing soon. I haven't run into it myself for a little while, but sometimes you can fix it by powering down your console and then unplugging the power cord from the back for 5 minutes,
    but sometimes there is nothing you can do. If you were able to fix it by signing out, try removing and redownloading your profile to see if that fixes it somewhat permanently.

    Also, if you're part of the preview program, be sure to report this via your console when it is happening.

    I've had a similar issue the past month or so. Even though my network has been solid (all other hardware works fine), Xbox consistently states there is no network connection. Testing always fails, and I have to power cycle the xbox or router to get it back
    up. Major pain in the rear.

  6. I had a similar issue, I managed to resolve mine, it was an issue with my BT hub 5, you need to start explorer on the Xbox one and log into your BT account and follow the prompts, don't try to download the file as it wont work skip that bit and carry one
    - restart your Xbox and hopefully your tiles will appear
