Bug Report - Can't change the color of the home boxes without a restart.

Before the August update on the Xbox One, I used to be able to change the color of the home boxes without having to restart the system, allowing me to preview the color to see if I like it or not. For example, you change the color in your profile settings,
then once you picked the color you press the home button and you could see the color you picked, now it's not doing that. I'm not sure if it's REALLY a bug or just something that was taken out to make room for something else. Either way, it's a real hassle
to have to restart the xbox to see the new color you picked for the home screen to determine if it's a keeper or not.

New console,

Just bought new xbox1 I can't change color scheme of tiles in home screen, Xbox says can't display colors at the moment, can't see friends gamer pics or achievement pics anyone plz

Cisco RNG200 HD DVR STB Not Compatible?

RGB is color scale. If you don't like the look, change it back, it is a different video scale (color scheme). It is under the settings of the cable box.

Hey there, Delicious CoCo! What an odd issue! I tried it out here myself, and I was able to change it and view it without a reset at all.

Do you happen to have any other accounts on the console that can test this out if you haven't already? Let me know if you can test that out for me. We'll start from there.

RGB is color scale. If you don't like the look, change it back, it is a different video scale (color scheme). It is under the settings of the cable box.

Hi there,

You need to report the bug through your console. Press the Home button (like you were going to power the console off) to bring up the 'Report a bug' option. Then enter the details there.

As for compensation for reporting bugs, that won't be found in the forums.

Are you on the new Preview Update? If so this might be a new error and you should user the report a bug feature by holding down the home button and clicking 'report a bug'

You can't change channels without the kinect or an IR cable. The kinect is what sends the IR signal to the box.
