    Dear xbox in the games and apps menu under the queue tab theres a button called cancel all and i have a problem with that where when you cancel somthing like a update it just ends up uninstalling the entire game thanks to this i
    just uninstalled a 31 gigabyte game when it was originally a one gygabyte update now as you can probably tell this has made me very unhappy please do somthing about this i would respect it alot

    The problem has now resolved itself. I suppose it was a bug, or glitch or something like that.

    Cant join partys or send messages

    cant join or send messages and seems my messages got wiped. is there a problem with the servers or a bug in the system?

    Since we've seen this error more often the last few days I would consider this as a bug.

    Let's hope the official team will look in to this!

    the problem is that there's a bug in the update itself ubisoft is trying to fix the bug so the best way is to contact ubisoft to see if they fixed the update bug

    hello following the problem of connecting
    to my profile on Xbox one (the problem or we can not connect to the live without our profile is disconnected) with the help of an advisor Xbox was able to find a solution that worked for
    me ..

    here is the procedure to follow:

    1 - connect you to your live box with your pc then search the network parameter tab using the right and left arrows then go to network
    and on the IPV6 tab, uncheck the box to be rated ipv6 then save, then made BACK and press
    on the right arrow to access the assistance and troubleshooting tab and restart the live box

    2 - now go to your Xbox to remove your profile from the console, to go into the settings then profile and remove a profile, once it
    is off the console

    3-- now redip number 1 for this time reactivate the IPV6 without forgetting to restart the live box once the box IPV6 recheck

    4-- return to your Xbox and add a profile using your email address and password

    5-- once your count recover this should work, good games to all ()
