Gostaria de saber por que meu Battlefield 5 que comprei diz quando vou jogar que sou um jogador de teste e preciso comprar o upgrade (jogo inteiro).

Meu ajudem por favor.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with a game you have purchased before being only recognized as a trial only.

Rafael, are you able to view this game in your
Order History? Alternatively, if you check the
My games section of the Xbox website, do you see your game there?

Has this been occurring with any other title?

If you haven't already, I would recommend that you
uninstall the game and re-install the game via the Ready to install
section of My games and apps on your console.

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

I agree the new Battlefield has alot of bugs/server problems and the game is broken i also want a refund but i played it 5 days en already have it 1 month i hope they will release an refund option for Battlefield like they did with cyberpunk2077.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get past this game license problem. I can totally understand any confusion experienced while dealing with this issue. I read there in your last post that you had reset the console twice.

Can you explain exactly how you did so? Most of the time it gets confused with

power cycling, which is a different type of console maintenance.

I suggest uninstalling the game,
removing your account and then re-adding it to your console and reinstalling.

If that does not work, then I suggest uninstalling the game, performing a soft factory reset
(Keeping your games & apps) and then reinstalling.

If you haven't done so, give those steps a shot and let us know if that helped rectify the issue.

Hello there have you tried these following steps 1. Reset console twice 2. Sign out resign in again then reinstall

I have just reset my xbox twice as you advised me.

I then logged in with my brother's account and started the game to see if there had been a change and it worked!

BUT once I reinstalled my xbox account (the one with which I had installed the trial version), the bug started again and I did not have access to the full version of the game anymore.
Can you help me solve this problem?
