Bug Mise à Jour Halo Wars 2

Bonjour,

J'ai un problème d'installation de mise jour avec le jeu Halo Wars 2 sur XBox One.

Cela fait maintenant 2-3 semaines qu'il m'est impossible de lancer le jeu car une mise jour de celui-ci s'arrête 9Go sur les 48Go en m'indiquant que le fichier est corrompu.

Je dispose d'une connexion internet 94,52Mb/s en réception et 3,236Mb/s en envoi.

La console est paramétré en Wifi mais dispose aussi du câble Ethernet branché sur celle-ci.

J'ai déj essayé de désinstaller le jeu de la console de la redémarrer et de le réinstaller.

J'ai refait l'opération en coupant la connexion internet, mais elle refuse l'installation sans connexion malgré le CD du jeu dans le lecteur.

Les différents pack Leader s'installent eux correctement, sans aucun soucis.

Lorsque je veux lancer le jeu il me donne l'erreur (0x80070057).

Une aide et même une solution pour que je puisse nouveau prendre plaisir y jouer serai la bienvenue !

P.S: C'est le seul jeux sur les 20 installés sur ma console qui ne fonctionne plus.

If it can help to find the problem : I launche Destiny, and the game said "Transfert des données du jeu... 6%"

And for Halo : Une erreur de mise jour est survenue. Halo 5 : Guardians requiert une mise jour, mais un problème est survenu. Pour obtenir de l'aide, rendez-vous sur Xbox.com/xboxone/update/help." (and the page does not existe..)

Problème résolu.

J'ai désinstallé le jeu et je l'ai réinstallé, il a dû y avoir une nouvelle mise jour qui a résolu le problème entre temps.

With frequent updates we would imagine you are part of the Insider Preview program. In this case, we recommend reaching out to the

Insider Forums for the best info on how often you should see updates.

Keep in mind that being part of the
Insider program means lots and lots of updates as it is a testing ground for new OS updates.

The only way to circumvent this is to leave the program. To do this be sure to remove the insider app from your console and the

factory reset the console.
