    Bonjour,

    J'ai acheté un pack de textures sur la boutique minecraft ps4, qui marchait très bien au début malgré un premier problème au téléchargement. Un jour je créé un monde en survie et quand je voulais retourner dessus il lance le chargement puis m'affiche un
    message d'erreur en me recommandant de mettre jour le système ou le jeu. Mais rien faire. Par contre en désactivant le pack en question je peux jouer. Recréer un monde utilisant le pack est maintenant devenu impossible aussi...

    Je ne sais pas comment faire et pas moyen de le désinstaller/réinstaller.

    Mon compte Microsoft refuse aussi de se connecter. Je rentre le code sur le site demander mais rien ne change depuis ce bug de pack.

    I bought a pack of textures on the minecraft ps4 shop, which worked very well at first despite a first problem downloading. One day I created a world in survival and when I wanted to go back on it it launches the loading and then displays me an error
    message recommending me to update the system or the game. But nothing to do. On the other hand by disabling the pack in question I can play. Recreating a world using the pack has now become impossible too...

    I don't know how to do it and no way to uninstall/reinstall it.

    My Microsoft account also refuses to log in. I enter the code on the site ask but nothing changes since this bug pack.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums! I'd be happy to help.

    This is a bug that Mojang has been working on since the Bedrock version was released for PS4 but has not provided any official response or solutions. There are a few things to try and solve this issue.

    First, make sure that your Microsoft account has a Gamertag by logging in to http://account.xbox.com/ or the Xbox app. Then, I would recommend reinstalling the game on your PS4 system.
    That should force the game to make you login again.

    I've also seen that downloading a free texture pack and then activating it from the in-game Minecraft Store should help force the sign in. In the Minecraft Store, go to Texture Packs then Texture Packs by Minecraft and look for "Minecraft texture Update
    Beta". Download that pack and activate it. If it doesn't work, try downloading and activating another free pack.

    Give that a try and let us know the results!
