Bug in Microsoft Solitaire Collection has a bug in it. It keeps crashing on my Android phone.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue with the score mismatch. If you login to the same account on the Android version and on Windows then the score could have a bug on the Android version.

Have you re-installed the app on your phone and restarted the OS? Are your wins tracking on the Android version but the score is just not updating?

A. Reinstalling solitaire collection in your device
B. Install the game on a different device (like another PC or a phone)

Hello I am sorry you are having issues with the Microsoft Solitaire Free COllection Jigsaw. Have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it yet? There are some known bugs with these type of games and sometimes reinstalling fixes the loading issue.
