bug games with gold

hi everybody,
My gold account is still valid, but it is impossible to launch the free games download (in this case "lego star wars")
I am asked to pay them, including the recent games like "watch dog"

Is this normal?

i was not able to get on my xbox one for a few months due to not having an hd tv so i played 360 instead then i saw you could purchase and que games with gold xbox one games from your 360 i did that because it was easier then getting on pc. now that im back
on xbox one none of those games where in the que and going to each on in the store said i needed to buy them. i went to xbox live support and talked to 3 different members of there support team and each one told me there is no feature on the 360 where you
can buy the games with gold xbox one games and said i must be confusing it with backwards compatibility. then after telling them there is even a major nelson video on how to do it they continue to deny the features exists. at this point i dont care about getting
the free games i know theres no way to get them but this is some bs its bugged and also xbox is denying it as well?

game with gold / deal with gold BUG

hello , (i'm french ,sorry for my bad english)

with the new title for news program game with gold and deal with gold . i have juste 2 choises xbox fitness and xbox reward but i dont have news title for games ( halo spartan ****, max .... brotherhood ) or deals with gold.

it is normal ? or this is a BUG ?

Hi,

If you have another account that has an active gold membership that you use/share for all the benefits on other accounts, please check that you have that account set as it's home console.

On the account that has the active Xbox Gold subscription, please do the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select Personalization.

Select My home Xbox.

Review the information, and then do one of the following:

Select Make this my home Xbox to designate the console as your home Xbox.

yes when i have tried in the store , games are free . but i may search in store for week’s deal.

I'm not sure. It's possible that those games may not be available in your region. Have you tried searching the games store for those two? If not, give that a try. If they're there and free you can add them.

I'm quite disapointed in the bugs this game has, it makes the battlefield 3 launch look like gold.

Dont worry about appearing in Xbox Game Pass tab, looks like a bug in the operative system and isn't happening just with Gears of War 4, at least I experienced that bug with other games. If you went to "Buy" when was in his gold time you always will be
available to play while you have a Xbox Live Gold subscription active.
