[BUG] Claim It gamertag button not working on some locales (Xbox.com)

Hey, so, first things first.

On Xbox.com we are supposed to be able to change our gamertag after paying for it (when free change is used). When on the Tag change page (Sign in to your Microsoft account)
you enter a desired tag and press "Check Availability". If gamertag is available the button turns to "Claim It!" and pressing it would bring a window to confirm the purchase and continue.

"Claim It!" button does not work for some locales, though. The bug would manifest itself in pressing the button to no avail. Actually, "This gamertag is available." message disappears for a second after Claim It press but then appears again. Happens
for locales like bg-BG, ro-RO, etc.

To reproduce:

1. Visit Gamertag change page: Sign in to your Microsoft account
2. Change site/region language (bottom left of the page) to Bulgarian, Romanian or Estonian. Don't worry - Microsoft is so lazy that everything will stay in English (no translations for those languages)
   
3. Enter some tag which is not available (any random string should do the trick)
   
4. Press "Check Availability" (if not available, use another phrase)
5. Press Claim It! - nothing happens

Sounds like nothing major, but due to that bug I cannot change my gamertag. This is because of the way the page works. It is set in such a way that the credit card you add will take the address of the country in which language you have opened Xbox.com. So,
if you open Xbox.com in US English, the card will be with US address; if site is in French, card will be for use in France, etc. But since my card is from a country for which Xbox.com is broken; and since Microsoft reject cards which do not match to the account
region, I actually cannot change my gamertag.

here, "We were working on a bug in the live environment and unfortunately for me I posted in that very short period where some letters were replaced with @@@".

So basically the Xbox.com Forum team was working on some sort of bug and the @ symbol happened to of replaced some letters for people. It should be remedied now.

 

Xbox One Stereo Headset Mic Not Working for Party Chat

If you boot up your system with your controller and not use the main power button or voice commands to turn on your system it seems to start working. Possible bug with the timing of some controllers. I dont know.

 

Oh, issue is reproducible on:

- Windows 10: Edge, Chrome

- macOS: Safari, Opera

 

Running into this problem now. Just created a new account and tried changing the gamertag from the one they automatically assigned. Click the claim it button and nothing happens. How do i fix this?
