    Hello and to who it may concern, It has been 6 hours since I had tried to connect to my xbox live account on my console, and when I sign in it stays buffering on the add security where you save your password for sign in and doesn't continue forward.
    . . Ive already deleted my gamertag and deleted my cache but it still doesn't let me sign in my account, if someone has been through this I appreciate if you can help me fix it

    Hard reset by holding power button for 15 sec. Then power on and you shoule get the green Xbox reboot screen. This reset fixes most issues

    Ok I will try that, but wait. . . Doesn't it erase all of your stuff like games, profiles ect...??

    Hi there, same thing happend to me before. i'm guessing your on 360. try waiting for the buffer to finish.
