    Troubleshooting:

    1. Test network connection- DSN is not resolving server names (I had done everthing from unplugging my router still nothing happened).

    2. Test multiplayer connection- Not connected your network is not set up.

    3. Test NAT type - Not connected

    4. Disconnect wireless and gone through with setting up my wireless network.

    Current Network Status

    my network

    IPV

    NAT Type unavailable

    xbox.com/xboxone/Teredo

    service info is unavailable

    That is everything.

    Please help.

    Hello ABoul,

Thank you so much for supplying the information!

This will allow us to continue our assistance, and in this case we'd like to know if the troubleshooting attempted only involved the network section of the console.

Has there been an attempt to power cycle the console?

This would be the process of:

    1. Holding the power on the front of the console for 10 seconds
    2. After shutting off the console, unplug the power cord from the back of the console
    3. Leave the console off and unplugged for 2 minutes
Let us know if this works!

    Hello,

    No that did not work.

Right under my user name is ''G4570''. Does that have any clue what is wrong?

    Thank you

    Hello again ABoul,

In that case another suggestion is to reset the console to factory settings.

Before doing so, make sure of a few things.

    Here's a list:

    1. The information for your profile/profiles are up to date
    2. There is a backup connection to a network, i.e. HotSpot, or hardwire connection (Ethernet)
    3. Make sure to select Keep My Games and Apps
This soft factory reset is performed by accessing the
    Settings.

It shouldn't have to do with the username, but give this a shot.

Let us know if there is more we can do for you!

    Thank you!
