    Why did I get suspended just for reporting someone that wouldn't leave me alone? This is ridiculous. My own account get suspended because I'm reporting someone. That was sending me text messages. And killing. Mean when I was on his team. I'm trying to help
    out the community by reporting these things. I end up getting. Suspended in the process. I don't understand why this is. Boggling to me. Anna joke.

    I pay more than $50 per year for internet and if you reread my post it was Time Warner I was pressing for compensation. This is not the only issue with their service. Connectivity issues are commen with them in my area and I have reported such numerous times
    to them only to be told issue resides in their distribution lines. In the past they have compensated me for no service if its over 24 hours or previously reported unresolved issue. I would advise all users of Time Warner to press on this so that Time Warner
    may actually fix it as quickly as possible.

    Ambassadors speek for Microsoft (see the definition of "ambassador") if they don't then they should use a different term that is more descriptive of their actual role. I still say it's a pat answer and one that I've heard many times from numerous tech support
    people including Microsoft.
