It's total BS that I get comm banned for swearing once in a message because a person teamkilled me for the millionth time, and then I literally have to report 3 people everyday I play Xbox, how bout you comm ban the people who are actually ruining your community
rather than the people who are just trying to sort through the endless **** you let go through

This happened to me to, add me to the freaking list of people ticked off right now. Knowing that people have been having this problem for more than a week is Outrageous on MS part.

Not to mention that I sat and waited for 2 hours for my xbox to connect to the internet and finally when I can play i get teamkilled and comm banned, so thank you for banning someone who got teamkilled, shows you guys are really looking out for us little

While u maybe correct in the standard generic response as stated below NavyScorprion714 it does not provide reason with evidence of that offence. Nor does it provide a case number to which you can appeal against or respond to . It also does not provide
contact details and makes a very sweeping assumption that everyone has the comprehension to read by assuming there is no assisted technology .

So before providing such a standard response maybe some thought is required.

 

The enforcement team will not even give you a specific reason for a suspension.

Team Killing on a game is not a code of conduct violation it is more of a reputation issue.

Sending someone a message with a curse word in it is a violation of the code of conduct which the Original poster admits to doing.

Like NavyScorpion417 said the ONLY OFFICIAL way to contact the enforcement team is through the case review process on their website. enforcement.xbox.com

 

Generally not much thought is needed. They got the info they needed to go about submitting a review and finding the basic reason.
