Browsers on Xbox One

They don't have Google Chrome for Xbox One yet. We're still waiting for it to arrive in the MS Store as more than an installer interface for the Chrome program.

If you want to suggest this to Microsoft use the Feedback Hub app in Start Menu where developers are tasked to process consumer feedback and may interact with you. But Microsoft will not even see it here because this is a tech forums where we are mostly volunteers
trying to help solve your problems.

If you want to post back a Share link from your completed feedback (see Share link in feedback box) others can vote it up and add to it, and if you have joined the Insider program I can access it to endorse it with my MVP badge and track the issue for you.

I have used one of the free ones previously, because edge wouldn't access a site I used, at the time. It wasn't fantastic as it was free. There are ones you can purchase too. As I said to the OP, don't know if it would resolve their problem but worth a
look.

As Edge on the Xbox, is a console app, it will update to a release as necessary. You can not add a Windows 10 version of edge.

As for browsers, all I can suggest is open up the store on console and search for browser. It will bring up some apps, how good they are and if they would solve your issue, I wouldn't know.

No you can't use another or update edge on the Xbox console.
