    Brought xbox live but xbox one wont let me use it.


    So I wanted to play 7 days to buy online, so i signed up for one month free however this didn't work. so I thought maybe its glitched and well to hell with it ill just buy it. Checked my billing online and it all went through. However I try to go online
    and it still says I don't have gold. I've tested my network and all that good stuff, I tried a hard reset EVERYTHING!!! Even my husband logged on from his Xbox and it said I had gold on the new Xbox one s. So my question is why on my original Xbox one does
    it fail to see that I do indeed have gold? I kinda feel abit annoyed as I have now paid for it, and missed a months free trial for a service I'm not getting.

    my 360 wont let me sign into xbox live when everything is connected right

    my xbox 360 wont let me sign in to xbox live it use to let me sign in but i recently started playing again everything is connected right my account only works when i play xbox one

    my xbox lets me sign in on the dashboard but when i try to play black ops and i chose xbox live it wont let me sign on it keels saying my connection is lost but it will let me use netflix bit when i try to play any game online it signs me out and wont let
    me connect to live.

    Try logging out of your profile and logging back in and see if that works.

    If not then remove your profile and perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord
    back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload your profile and try logging in.
