    Brought pack now showing as installed when they don’t show up in game


    hello I recently installed Skyforge on my console because my other account got perma banned. Now whenever I try to install the packs for Skyforge on my new account It doesn’t let me buy them it just says install and then when I go in game nothing shows
    up ..

    Game is not marked as owned

    season pass does show up as being owned there are two dlc that don't show up as being owned yet they are in the gold edition it did let me install them before the dlc mentioned are Watch Dogs 2 Punk Rock Pack and the Urban Artist Pack besides them not showing
    as being owned the game has worked fine for me with no issues (all gold edition dlc installed with no issues when i first got the game)

    black ops 1 dlc 1 not showing up on xbox one?

    i recently installed black ops 1 on my xbox one with the disc but my dlc Pack 1 content isn't showing up.pack 2 and 3 i had inst.. i had brought it on my 360 before. i tried reinstalling the game, rebooted my xbox it doesn't show up still.
    In my games and app...BO manage game are only Pack 2 and 3 but not Pack 1.
    I have the Version DE -PEGI from Austria

    The account that was permabanned is the account that the game was purchased on including the the packs?

    When you say packs you mean DLC?

    Have you tried clicking on the install button in the store?

    Did you purchase the packs with the permabanned account?

    One way to tell what Packs can be installed on that system is when you go into my games and apps and highlight the game if you click on the menu button on the controller (old start button/small little round button just to the right of the big xbox button)
    and go to manage game it will show any DLC that can be installed. check there to see if it shows up there.

    The pack says it is installed and it’s not showing in the game itself. I don’t know if it is supposed to be doing that.
