    Brought MW2 in vanguard but I can't download it anywere


    I just brought the game in vanguard but now says Ingatestone I own the game but on xbox I can't find were to down load and when I go on the in store page it tells me I need to buy it whats going on

    Hi Shadowfay10, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    We need to validate first if the game is successfully purchased under the account that you're using. Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and once you see the order stated as "completed" or "pre-ordered" simply perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    After that follow the steps below:

    Go to "My games and apps" > Full Library > Owned games.

    Install the game from there.
